Unity Foundation/PridefestSA

Unity Foundation is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to:

0 Present through the annual PridefestSA event a positive image of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) community

0 Educating the general public on the issues and lives of our community

0 Providing a safe space to network, come out and explore what the San Antonio GLBT community is all about

0 Building support among our allies and creating a dynamic economic, political and vocal community for all issues of social justice and freedom

Unity Foundation is a member of InterPride - an organization of international pride coordinators.

The PridefestSA Planning Committee is an all volunteer group of private citizens and Beneficiary Organizational Representatives who work year round to create and produce the Pride Event.

This was the 26th year San Antonio commemorated the Anniversary of the Stonewall Riots with a Pride Event.

The 2008 PridefestSA will be held on 14 June 08 at HemisFair Park.

We hope to see you in 2008 continuing our quest for ONE COMMUNITY & UNITY!!!!
